Public product pages do not collect payment because wholesale orders require a confirmed amount first.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and keep the outer carton, product packaging and relevant photos or video. The available remedy depends on the nature of the issue and the terms confirmed for the order.
Customized products, custom packaging and bulk business orders may have different cancellation or return conditions. These should be confirmed before production or dispatch.
Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage samples and orders, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and maintain business records related to the request.
